The largest HR summit in Kosovo, Power2HR Global Summit, organized by KosovaJob, recently brought together professionals in the field to discuss the challenges and innovations in recruitment. Among the panelists was the CO of StarLabs and Digital School, Hana Qerimi, who shared insights alongside Kaltrina Lloncari from Mercedes Benz, Benjamin Kadić from Popcorn Recruiters, and Serdzan Arnautović from Meta. The discussion delved into topics such as recruitment challenges, the importance of employer branding, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.

One highlight of the event was Hana’s mention of the success stories from the Digital School and StarLabs, where the first employees have progressed to managerial positions as the companies grew. StarLabs, initially starting with only 2 programmers, has now expanded to over 200 employees, making it the largest software development company in Kosovo, with the highest number of programmers among all local companies.
