Stop copying data.
Stop chasing the next step.

Connect forms, business systems and notifications so requests reach the right person, records stay in sync and overdue work is flagged automatically.

Example implementations

Tasks this service
can handle.

The first assessment identifies the right starting point and the systems needed.

  • 01

    A lead needs an owner

A website enquiry creates a sales record, is assigned to the responsible person and triggers a reminder if the next action is overdue.

  • 02

    A request needs approval

Route a purchase or internal request by department or value. Notify the reviewer and record the decision; send exceptions to a person.

  • 03

Two systems need the same data

Pass an approved change to the connected system. Check the result and flag failed updates instead of silently losing them.

Before & after · example

What changes
for the person doing the work?

Today: Someone copies the same request into a spreadsheet, forwards an email and chases the approver.

With the implementation: Submission creates the record, routes the approval and sends the reminder. The owner reviews exceptions.

Deliverables to agree in the scope

  • A diagram of triggers, actions and exceptions
  • Connections to the agreed systems
  • Approval rules, notifications and an activity record
  • A test log and instructions for handling failed runs

Your first pilot

Start with one process.
Test it with your team.

Start with one trigger and one destination, then test missing information, duplicate requests and failed connections.

Implementation to support

Map it. Build it.
Train the people using it.

Review the outputs with your team at each stage.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Walk through one task with the people doing it. List the systems, records, handoffs and delays; check what data is available.

  2. 02

    Design

Draw the proposed process. Decide which product to configure, which systems to connect and which steps need automation or AI.

  3. 03

    Implement

Configure the agreed product, import the agreed records and build the connections. Run normal tasks and exception cases with the process owner.

  4. 04

    Train

Practise the actual tasks with users: submit a request, approve it, check an AI draft and handle an exception. Prepare the people administering the system.

  5. 05

    Support

Agree who monitors the system and handles incidents. Review failed runs, user feedback and the measures chosen at diagnosis.

Questions

Before you get started.

Answers about scope, setup and handover.

Describe one task that causes delays or repeated work. List the tools involved and show a non-confidential example of the form, request or document.

Run representative tasks and exception cases with the process owner. Compare the results with the acceptance criteria agreed in the scope.

The handover defines your process owner, system administrator and support route. We agree incident responsibilities and ongoing support before rollout.

Discuss your first pilot.

Tell us one task, the tools involved and where it gets delayed. We’ll review the starting point with you.
